My first interview at Fashion World Mag. In November 2010 was a solo one where i was given the opportunity to showcase myself and speak about my vision as a designer. This was my first interview since launching my collection in August 2010. Looking at that short time frame it amazes me somethings and leaves me wondering with wide eyes of what i will accomplish in 1 year if 4 months into designing has taken me this far.
After that interview was completed i was asked to do another interview in December 2010 showcasing my pieces and i was allowed to bring as many models as i liked. I Planned to showcase 20 models which eventually turned into 7 but it was 7 almost perfect models. Not only perfect with their figures but personalities which helped to relive some of the stress of a video taped interview that will later be broadcast.
The team at Fashion World Mag. was not exactly what i was expecting.It was better that i expect. They were a very laid back group of industry people that understood that new designers/photographer/make-up artist etc. need as must exposure as possible to make it in the industry and they help to provide it.
